Rachel Colgan

Rachel set up Building Relations in January 2015 in a bid to provide a dynamic and innovative approach to property PR. Rachel has almost 20 years of experience working with property related companies and regularly secures impressive coverage in all the major national newspaper titles. Enthusiastically working with all forms of media including radio, television and online, Rachel has experience delivering a range of impressive PR campaigns from inception to delivery.
Working in a London PR agency for the first few years of her career, Rachel then set up and managed the first pioneering in-house PR team at the UK’s largest national housebuilder, Barratt Developments. As well as continuing to deliver excellent national coverage, at Barratt Rachel developed a talent for securing regional coverage and connecting with local communities. Establishing many new PR initiatives for the housebuilder, most of these innovative campaigns were rolled out across the company and are still being used with success today.

Gill is the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly – for our clients and for us. With a background delivering events for luxury fashion houses and high-value private clients, including the Royal Garden Party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, she knows what it takes to get the details right. At BR, she provides senior leadership support and oversees event delivery and day-to-day operations across both offices to make sure every detail is covered.

Nicola is an invaluable member of the senior team at BR, and is a trusted mentor figure within the agency. With over 10 years of property PR experience – at Luchford, Fine & Country and The Guild of Property Professionals – she has worked with some of the most prestigious names in the industry, including Christie’s International Real Estate and Berkeley Group. She specialises in the luxury property market and new homes, and has an extensive network of journalist contacts across the national and international press.

Natalie Daniels

Natalie leads on our corporate, ESG and sustainability work. After handling PR for industry giants like Savills and Colliers, she now supports our clients with their sustainability and social impact work. She’s strongly anti-greenwashing (as are we) and helps make sure our clients communicate with integrity and honesty. She helps build and protect corporate reputations through strategic advice, proactive storytelling and a strong understanding of the built environment sector.

Hollie Moore

Hollie is our new homes and affordable housing specialist. Charlotte Radcliffe

She started her PR career at Connells Group, the UK’s largest estate agency, and has spent four years immersed in the B2B and B2C digital world – across LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram – always watching what’s working and what’s next, and making sure our clients are ahead of it. When she’s not immersed in social media for our clients, Erin is studying for a degree in History and Politics with the Open University.
