Welcome Katie!

We are delighted to welcome experienced Property PR manager Katie Herbert to the Building Relations team. Due to a growing property client base, Katie joins the team after nearly six years’ experience as an Associate Director at leading real estate advisory Strutt & Parker, one of the UK’s largest estate agencies working primarily with its Residential and Rural arm. 

At Strutt & Parker Katie was responsible for driving regular national press coverage resulting in millions of pounds worth of column inches on a variety of topics; from forestry investment, Build to Rent, and futureproofing second hand homes. Her experience varies from local press to top tier international and national publications, in property, lifestyle, business and money press.

As an in-house manager, Katie was also responsible for strategising content and social media, creating synergies between traditional day-to-day PR, brand value and SEO activity.

Prior to Strutt & Parker, Katie worked for national property business Fine & Country and the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, as well as Richmond based PR agency P1 Communications.
