Building Relations PR appointed by Greencore Homes to support better than Net Zero new homes sales
Specialist property and new homes property PR agency, Building Relations, has been selected to deliver strategic PR services for climate-positive housebuilder, Greencore Homes, as it enters the next stage of sustainable growth.
Greencore Homes is at the forefront of sustainable housebuilding, delivering low carbon homes that meet or exceed Passivhaus standards and aim to deliver 10,000 Better Than Net Zero homes by 2035 and create climate positive places. Greencore is backed by significant institutional investment, having recently been awarded £8 million of funding by Homes England to support the delivery of Greencore’s 42-home scheme, Milton Heights, in Oxfordshire.
Designed and built to Passivhaus standards, using its closed-panel timber frame system insulated with natural materials such as hemp, unlike traditional brick houses, the structure of Greencore Homes locks up more carbon than it emits. A Greencore home is Better Than Zero in embodied carbon during construction and Net Zeroeach year in occupation. And just as importantly, residents enjoy a future-proofed, sustainable home with significantly lower energy bills. This low energy demand and the use of renewable energy sources allows all new Greencore homes to be net zero carbon in operation with a net zero energy balance.
As Greencore Homes takes its next steps to scale up, specialist firm Building Relations will provide comprehensive new homes sales support and corporate PR services, enhancing Greencore Homes’ position in the consumer market and strengthening its impact across the property, business, and sustainability sectors.
Building Relations is a specialist property PR agency with a proven track record of delivering ESG campaigns that engage both B2B and B2C audiences in the UK.
